Kundalini & Chill
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient, transformative technology that assists one in truly coming home to oneself. An intensely healing practice, it works from Cell to Soul, inside and out and everywhere in between! Join us as we open our Hearts without fear, explore increasing compassion for ourselves and one another and discover falling in Love with ourselves!
Pilates Fusion
Incorporating exercises from different styles including barre, yoga, strength, and conditioning - you will only need a mat and your own body to provide the lengthening, strengthening and stretching to improve your core and total body. We will incorporate bender balls and bands to add some additional resistance. You will leave feeling better than when you came.
Release & Relax
Take a journey through gentle movement to give your brain a break and leave you sleeping like a baby. Staying low to the floor and grounding into the mat, you'll be guided through postures that enhance awareness of your body, coordinate intentional breath, and help cut through the distractions of the mind.
Sacred Breathwork
Transformational breathing involves rapid breathwork for 20-45 minutes. Deep and rapid breathing works like a vacuum that pulls on anxieties and stress. The exhale forces these emotions out of our system. It helps to think of it as a deep cleaning of our body through the power of breath. Taking recovery into your own hands, whether it be from trauma, substance abuse, or behavioral addiction, is a powerful first step.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is an energetic style of yoga that utilizes the breath and body connection. Each string of postures is woven together by each inhale, and exhale, moving seamlessly one from another.
