Vinyasa is an energetic style of yoga that utilizes the breath and body connection. Each string of postures is woven together by each inhale, and exhale, moving seamlessly one from another.
Move through a wonderful vinyasa sequence designed to heal, balance and soothe each of your seven chakras: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. Modifications will be offered and you will be offered optional individual attention, assists and adjustments. Ideal for students of all levels, & those looking to deepen their understanding of Chakras.
Incorporating exercises from different styles including barre, yoga, strength, and conditioning - you will only need a mat and your own body to provide the lengthening, strengthening and stretching to improve your core and total body. We will incorporate bender balls and bands to add some additional resistance. You will leave feeling better than when you came.
This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti creates a strong, empowered group that resembles a tribe with great upbeat music.

Move with your breath throughout flows to engage the body before easing into passive postures to relax the mind. By switching your body from "fight-or-flight" mode to "rest-and-digest," you promote balance in the nervous system and create a powerful sense of well-being.
