Soul Salutation is a flow salutation variation of poses set at a gentle pace that is designed for al levels of comfort to find ease and challenge. Set to soulful music from the past and today’s hits.
Release is our spin-off of yin yoga. Yin is a style of yoga that targets the connective tissues in the b body: joints, ligaments, tendons. We use all the props, hold postures for a longer amount of time, and move verrry slowly. This class also gives you the option to bring essential oils into your practice.

HotCore® is a 30-minute class that utilizes and engages the deep muscles of the core. It's broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality, this 30 min class is the perfect add-on for anyone looking to enhance core strength or push the limits of their yoga practice.

Buti Sculpt® builds long, lean muscle mass using a high intensity interval training - based formula blended with static yoga poses to stretch and release the muscle group used during high-intensity round. This is also a 30-min class and no, you do not need socks for this one. :)
High Energy Flow
Very similar to other studio's power yoga, our High Energy Flow is geared towards getting your heart rate up and working up a sweat! Focusing on muscular engagement and building strength, you'll move through your flow at a faster speed than a typical vinyasa class.
