Eating Disorder Support Circle | Sacred Moon Healing Centers
🌙 Beginning Saturday, September 26th at 9:00 AM
🌙 Continuing the last Saturday of every month at 9:00 AM
Eating disorders thrive in secrecy, shame, and isolation. This circle is a space for something different: connection, compassion, honesty, and being witnessed without judgment.
Sacred Moon’s Eating Disorder Support Circle is a welcoming community space for those whose lives have been touched by disordered eating, body image struggles, or eating disorders—wherever you may be in your relationship with food, your body, and recovery.
You do not need to be “recovered enough.”
You do not need to have the right words.
You do not need to explain or justify your experience.
You are invited to simply come as you are.
Together, we’ll create space for meaningful conversation, reflection, gentle mindfulness and grounding practices, and authentic connection with others who understand that healing is rarely a straight line.
This is not a space for comparison, numbers, diets, weight-loss discussion, or sharing potentially triggering details. Instead, we will intentionally center the person beyond the eating disorder—our experiences, our resilience, our struggles, our identities, and the lives we are learning to inhabit more fully.
There is no pressure to share. Listening is participation, too.
💜 You deserve community at every stage of the journey.
