This slow and restorative practice is designed to release deep tension, improve flexibility, and create spaciousness throughout the body. Postures are held for several minutes to target the fascia, joints, and connective tissues, allowing the body to soften gradually and naturally.

Students are guided through mindful breathwork, intentional stillness, and accessible shapes that support relaxation and introspection. Yin yoga is an ideal complement to more active styles of movement, offering a grounding experience that helps calm the nervous system and restore overall balance.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners and those seeking a gentle, meditative practice. Props and modifications are provided to ensure comfort and ease in every pose.
