Options for seated, lying down, or supported positions are always available.
We honor names, pronouns, and personal identities without question.
From structured meditation to intuitive energy sessions, you can choose the practice that resonates most.
Silence, stillness, or gentle guidance are offered depending on your comfort level.
Tears, laughter, stillness, or anything else that arises is welcome.
