EARLY BIRD PRICE $1555 OFFERED UNTIL 5/5 - PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE Embark on a transformative journey with our 150 hr dual Yin and Restorative Yoga certification, offering an extensive exploration of these unique styles and their rich histories. Delve into yogic philosophy, the Chinese Meridian system, meditation practices, asana, alignment, anatomy, assists, and spiritual dimensions of yoga. Throughout the program, participants will engage in immersive learning experiences designed to deepen their understanding of Yin and Restorative Yoga. You will be guided through theoretical studies, practical applications, and experiential learning to ensure a well-rounded education. Certification Requirements: - All classroom hours (100) must be attended unless prior arrangements have been made. - Additional hours (50) include: one on ones with instructor, assignments, group project and practicum (donation based class and written exam). Highlights Include: - Yin and Restorative Yoga Practices: Gain proficiency in both Yin and Restorative Yoga through comprehensive instruction and hands-on practice sessions. Explore the vast differences between these two styles. - Yogic Philosophy & Spiritual Aspects: Exploration of the deeper meaning of yoga beyond the physical postures and its relevance to modern life. - Chinese Meridian System:Explore the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and how they intersect with the practice of Yin Yoga. Learn about the meridian channels, energy flow, and the therapeutic benefits of stimulating specific points in the body. - Meditation and Mindfulness: Cultivate a regular meditation practice and deepen your understanding of mindfulness techniques. Explore various meditation styles, including breath awareness, loving-kindness, and visualization, to enhance mental clarity and emotional well-being. - Anatomy and Physiology: Develop a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy as it relates to these practices. Learn about skeletal structure, muscular dynamics, and the biomechanics of movement to ensure safe and effective instruction. (Assists & Adjustments covered as well.) Our training is designed to provide a profound understanding of these unique styles so that yoga teachers can guide each session confidently, correctly and creatively. This training is also open to yoga students who wish to explore and deepen their practice. Eligible for 40 YA CEUs.
