What if we told you there’s a way for you to feel as relaxed as you feel in savasana, but without the yoga?
That there’s a way for you to leave the studio feeling more level-headed than when you walked in, but without any active movement?
In fact, all you have to do is lay there, uninterrupted, for one hour.
Sounds way too good to be true, right?
It’s one of the newest, trendiest ways to heal yourself on a cellular level, and we just had to jump on board.
It’s called Float Therapy. And we’re excited to share this float tank with you in the convenient spot of downtown Manchester, NH.
If you’re sitting there scratching your head, wondering, “what the hell is floating??” don’t worry… we’ve got you covered.
Here’s an article going into all of the finer, epsom salt filled details.
What it is, in short, is a pod-like structure that’s filled with skin-temperature water & is concentrated with hundreds of pounds of epsom salt.
It’s like you’re floating in the Dead Sea except when you look off into the distance, you’ll see the rest of the pod, nothingness, and your own naked body instead of an abundance of salt flats and wide open skies.
Anywho, that amount of concentrated salt allows your body to float effortlessly, producing an effect similar to antigravity.
This sensation helps your body to heal itself by:
Releasing muscle tension
Improved quality of sleep
And so many other nurturing aspects.
Not to mention it’s the cheapest float in the southern NH area.
So what’dya think? Are you ready to take the next steps towards healing your body on a cellular level?

Going into a float for the first time, I had no idea what to expect. The room was clean, organized, and everything I needed was laid out for me. The sensory deprivation started out as a strange feeling, but soon I felt my boy releasing tension one muscle as a time,
I highly recommend trying this float after a yoga class or after a massage for the ultimate relaxation experience!
Upon arrival, Carli greeted me with a big smile, settings a wonderful tone for my visit. She took the time to answer all of questions and get me set up for a nice tranquil float.
The room was well organized, with everything I needed at the ready. The room, and facility as a whole, was a neat, clean, and inviting environment.
The float tank was more spacious than the other's I've used, with plenty of room to sit up. For those that feel claustrophobic, their tank may might not feel as much.
The float itself was incredibly relaxing, enabling me to quickly get into a meditative state. Ample time was provided before and after the float, allowing for a full hour+ of float time.
After my morning float, I felt very relaxed and at peace for the rest of the day.
I highly recommend Sacred Moon's float tank, not to mention Yoga, sound healing, and their other offerings!
